The group Palestine Declassified has put together a video report explaining that many of the world’s top VPN (virtual private network) services are controlled by a Zionist-controlled company called Kape Technologies.
The report suggests that Israel exploits technology used by millions of people, i.e., VPNs, to target individuals and conduct mass surveillance. What you think is private may actually be getting tracked by the Israeli government, according to the accusations leveled in the report.
Concerning Kape, the following “top brands” are listed on the company website as falling under the same umbrella of control:
• ExpressVPN
• Private Internet Access
• CyberGhost VPN
• Intego Antivirus
• Webselenese
Israeli businessman Teddy Sagi owns Kape. And according to Palestine Declassified, Sagi has an extensive background in working covertly with Israel Defense Forces (IDF), also known as the Israeli military, on secret projects – check out the report below:
How does Israel infiltrate the technology used by millions in order to target individuals.
One route is through VPN’s which people use to evade surveillance.

(Related: Have you seen the evidence suggesting that the U.S. government has been infiltrated by dual-citizen Zionists who control politicians through espionage and blackmail?)
There are all sorts of VPN services out there that are not under the Kape umbrella, but ExpressVPN in particular is – and ExpressVPN is one of the most popular.
There are many other technologies companies and products that also fall under Zionist control in some way, including several companies that X (formerly Twitter) uses as part of its operations, one of them being CheQ.
The Jerusalem Post ran an article about how Elon Musk uses CheQ to “battle bots” on his now-private social media platform. Remember: getting rid of “bots” was one of the first things Musk did after taking ownership of Twitter / X.
Musk met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for an hour-long meeting that flew “under the media radar.” Musk and Netanyahu were joined by former NBA basketball player and investor Omri Casspi and leading Israeli tech figures including:
• Brig. Gen. Danny Gold, head of the Israeli Directorate of Defense Research & Development and one of the developers of the Iron Dome
• Michael Eisenberg, a partner at Aleph venture capital funds
• Guy Tytunovich, CheQ’s CEO
“It is believed that the six men talked about technology in the service of Israel’s defense, dealing with fake content, antisemitic and anti-Israel comments, and the use by non-democratic countries of bots (fake users) as part of campaigns to change perceptions, including on the X platform, formerly Twitter, which is owned by Musk,” The Jerusalem Post reported at the time.
“CHEQ has claimed in the past that it can combat fake content by neutralizing the bots disseminating it, usually in the service of interested parties such as political campaign managers or psychological warfare by states. It generates most of its revenue by working with advertisers to ensure that advertising campaigns that they run on social networks are exposed only to real users and are not wasted through exposure to bots.”
According to the “Skroo” (@SkrooMagoo) X account, ExpressVPN also sponsors Tucker Carlson on X.
Two other corporate giants that are in the back pocket of Israel are Raytheon and Boeing, which have been aggressively pushing for NATO’s nuclear expansion because this means big bucks for the two defense contractors.
“Israel’s penetration of hi-tech is very alarming in view of the massage damage it can do to people,” worried another X user.
